We connected with Hardeep at an event where he shared his need for personal branding photos for his professional coaching business. Hardeep was in the midst of building his website, which would allow prospecting clients to have a clearer insight into his coaching services.
Instead of using stock photos in his website, these portrait shots would add genuinity and personal touch to his brand. This would provide clients with greater confidence to connect with a sense of ease. Hardeep’s idea was for his photos to appear more casual and less corporate, to convey a sense of approachability.
An outdoor shoot, as opposed to studio shoot, was favoured, with a preference for cafe setting and at notable areas in Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD). This is to add a personal touch to Hardeep’s website instead of coming off as too corporate. We conceptualised a variety of visuals, so that the photos can be used extensively throughout the website while maintaining a perceptible branding.
As the photos are to be used on his website, the photos would have a mix of various framing in landscape orientation, which would allow more flexibility to use as the web designer requires throughout the website.
