We’ve worked with Singapore Land Concierge on multiple occasions to produce property listing videos for their marketing and branding purposes. One of our latest projects with the team of property agents was for a landed house in Kovan that was partially fitted and staged with designer furniture.
As the team is a 9-person strong team, we planned for the team to present a united front that stayed true to their brand as a team, through the promotional videos. With that, the production sequence led to an outro with the clients’ desired formation. As they are satisfied with the take, this would be used in their future videos as their personal brand.
Based on information provided to us and background research, we developed the agents’ script to highlight the best features of the property, accentuate its details and highlight its residing amenities. The production itself included video coverage of the property, agents’ walkthrough and scenes, and voiceover using the script we provided.
A modern look was given to the video through colour grading, and motion graphics were designed to add a sense of premiumness to the visuals, suiting the luxurious home.
